Creating an expanded consumer health offering connecting consumers with doctors and patients with other patients
OCTOBER 12, 2017 – LYNDHURST, NJ – Vitals, a company that provides health care transparency and engagement solutions for consumers, announced today that MedHelp’s online community business will join its portfolio of consumer websites. As part of the addition, the company has formed a new subsidiary, Vitals Consumer Services. Together, this new subsidiary creates one of the largest digital health properties in the U.S.
MedHelp’s Patient-to-Patient Communities are among the world’s largest and most established online health communities, attracting more than 15 million visitors each month. The site enables tens of thousands of conversations daily, related to over 300 medical conditions, including diabetes, pregnancy and mental health.
Vitals operates Vitals.com and UCompareHealthCare.com, consumer websites that help people find the best doctors for themselves and their families.
