Dr. Anait Alabyan

Been going here for years. Was 20 mins late to an appointment. Called and said I was 5 mins away. They said ok. When I got there and paid for parking they called and said they cancelled my appointment. I was literally at their front door. Didn't matter. Find another dentist.

I have been seeing Dr Allayban for 4 years. In that time, I was only able to get a cleaning done. I have both medi-Cal and dental insurance. They gave me a 10,000$ estimate for work needed, but never followed through with getting authorizations from either of my Insurance’s. I literally had to go back and forth for years with my insurance companies who kept repeating that Dr. A, staff had not sent adequate responses to requested x-rays and other proof of needed work, to authorize treatment. I am retired on a fixed income and this was difficult. After confronting Maria (the office manager) and Dr. Alabyan herself about this lack of follow through- she simply stated they had sent proof, but refused to send x-rays as they requested. As a result I have an abscess and missing crown and cavities not taken care of. What a waste of time.

I had a checkup with x-rays and a cleaning with one of the staff members who was great. One of the assistants wasn't that gentle though. The front desk woman, Maria, was super friendly and caring. And they take Medi-Cal.
