she is arrogant, thinks her time is more important than others. She does not want patients to see her . because that would be a waste of her time .

Aarti Madan is uncaring. Clearly, this is just a job for her. She’s arrogant and thinks she knows everything. She doesn’t even listen.

I have been with Dr. Madan a couple of years now. Not only is she compassionate, but genuinely concerned about her patients’ well being. A caring professional. Love her!

Dr. Madan does not respond to her emails or phone calls. Even after leaving a message with her medical staff for a sensitive issue, she did not speak with me and even had another person on her staff contact me instead. She cares more about coding than providing adequate care and will input diagnoses that are not required (in terms of follow up care and non-existent patient complaints). I would not recommend her at all. From my experience, she cares more about making money by being a doctor than actually being a good doctor.

Beware! Quite inhospitable for a doctor. Doesn't seem concerned about new patients and has a mind-blowing amount of excuses on why she can't help you. You'll absolutely waste your time if making an appointment with her.

I went to Dr. Madan via urgent care and ended up making her my primary physician. I had a somewhat mysterious illness involving my liver, and Dr. Madan worked with me to figure out what was causing it. Besides being a nice person, Dr. Madan really took an interest in my illness, ordering a variety of tests that revealed the problem. I felt that sense of being a team, that together we would solve my illness. The last couple of doctor's I've seen have been smart but mildly disinterested and kind of imperious. It's great to find a doctor who is both competent and engaged. I highly recommend Dr. Madan!

I had a horrible case of bronchitis earlier this month which the good doctor treated. I felt better soon after.

Dr. Madan has been a wonderful family doctor. She was always attentive, did extra research/ consulting with other doctors on any difficult issues and was very friendly, caring and personable.
