Terrible experience. Inconsistent treatment plan. Next session will be completely different from what she said the next visit would be. Question whether she takes notes from sessions or reads them prior to next visit. Took theee times to correct her mistake for prescription medication error. Not a good or active listener at all to patient or parents. POOR at best. Makes my child completely uncomfortable talking with her. Not caring at all.

I couldn't agree more with the other commenter regarding how hard it is to get a hold of this lady and how goofy the practice's procedures are. I had to call twice for a refill for my child's long-standing medication and the first - made weeks ahead of time - was ignored. Then when I was running out with no response I called again and asked for the refill but they couldn't figure out how to do what any other Children's physician can do - get the script to the pharmacy. Unlike my request and the previous 90-day prescription, they sent in a 30-day (same co-pay). Although her staff insists she requested 90 days the pharmacy has the script and it is marked for 30. I have been going back and forth for the last two days with the doctor and with the pharmacy to no avail. This means I have to pay an extra copay unnecessarily. Their careless mistake - my money.

Overall this doctor is good. However, the practice is run poorly. Their method of getting messages to their staff is insane. They sent an email to the doctor and calls are seldom returned. If there is an emergency the same procedure is followed. The office staff is kind but clueless. We have switched practices and the professionalism is on a MUCH higher level. The other thing I don't like at the Wexford location is the receptionist is right out there in front and everyone can hear all that is going on with her conversations. I find this to be very unprofessional.
