Really needs to try and take adaptive, valuably and sensibly invested perspectives and approaches. Disregards various signs upfront, refuses discussion on adaptation, not open-minded, too combative, takes things too personally, doesn't look outside of personal tunnel vision, refuses to "permit" preservation of welfare even by independent efforts and either rallies with backup to dominate the matters or screw them up. Needs to improve such fallacies in current work and adapt accordingly, or keep to familiar positions and collaborate best as possible from them without stepping over unnecessary lines, not reserving for exceptions to prevent things going wrong instead of causing or escalating things going wrong. It's possible, but it requires a lot of acknowledgment and sacrifice, not just on the doctor's part. Which means the doctor needs genuine boundaries and sensible effort. Like anyone else when lives are on the line.
