Dr. Alan has the best bedside manner I've ever encountered. He took the time to explain every step, easing all my anxiety. His skill is evident in the beautiful, subtle result. I felt like a valued person, not just another patient. A truly caring professional.

I had a breast augmentation almost 5 months ago with Dr. Greenberg, and I cannot recommend him highly enough. For context, I’ve been diagnosed with three severe anxiety disorders, two of which are related to hypochondriasis, and I’ve been in therapy for them for a long time. Normally I feel extremely uncomfortable and scared in medical settings, but Dr. Greenberg completely changed that for me. This surgery was especially difficult to pursue because I had always been self-conscious about my chest, which deeply affected my confidence. At the same time, I felt guilty about putting a doctor through all of my anxiety and constantly went back and forth between being too scared of complications and really wanting the surgery. I had consultations with multiple surgeons, but Dr. Greenberg stood out from the very beginning. Months later, he was the only one I went back to for a second consultation because I remembered how kind, patient, and validating he was. Unlike other surgeons, he… actually addressed my concerns instead of brushing them aside. He even gives patients his personal number so you can reach out with questions. When I was torn between fat transfer and implants, he spent extra time, outside of appointments, answering my endless questions, and even offered to call me if I wanted to talk things through in detail. Some things that really stood out: 1. No shortcuts. He always chooses the techniques that are best for the patient, even if they take longer or are less convenient for him, something I’ve found is surprisingly rare in this field. 2. No pressure. Every time I had a concern, his priority was my comfort, not making money. 3. Patient involvement. For saline implants, he even allows you to bring a support person into surgery to help decide on fill volume. 4. Local anesthesia. Instead of general anesthesia, you’re given medication to feel drowsy and then numbed with local anesthesia. As someone terrified of general anesthesia, this was perfect. During surgery, he spoke to me calmly throughout and even sat me up before stitching so I could confirm I was happy with the immediate results. After surgery, I was that patient - constantly worrying about infections and texting nonstop. Dr. Greenberg answered every single question, even while on vacation, and brought me in for three additional visits just to reassure me (on top of the standard follow-ups). Now, 5 months later, I couldn’t be happier. I’ve had no complications, the results are incredible, and I get compliments all the time. My confidence has completely transformed, and this surgery has genuinely changed my life. I know I wasn’t the easiest patient to deal with given my anxiety, but Dr. Greenberg never once made me feel like a burden. He is hands down one of the most caring, patient-centered doctors I have ever met. I truly wish more doctors were like him. If you’re considering surgery, I would not recommend anyone else. Dr. Greenberg is simply incredible.
