About time a dedicated, thorough, intelligent, humble, charming and empathetic physician; fell in our neck of the woods!!!! Hes not the owner of the practice; the actual owner is not to be a physician and lacks people skills, but exhibits a sense of ownership belonging theat many would envy!.Shows face & assumes reponsibility without hesitation with a plan of action and alternatives that exceeded my expectations........ Keep up the good work

great listener, proactive and confident but yet with a sense of humor and empathy that let you trust him as soon as he said HELLO...

Not only is he down the street from where i live but also he is very pleasant and, well rounded and knows what hes doing. Staff is good no complaints.

His bedside manners are horrible he acts as if he were scared to touch me as a matter of fact he never touched me and isnt a doctor supposed to at least touch my throat and check me out? He spends more time on his pocket information deal than he does just having the information already in his head. His staff needs to be retrained everyone from him on down to his receptionist. The office manager needs to learn her job as well. I will never go back to this doctor he isn't playing with a full deck.

Dr. Ortiz seemed so unconcerned with me as a patient. His bedside manners were horrible he just didn't have what it took to make me feel like he was confident in what he was doing or TRYING to do as far as being a confident physician. He spent more time on the laptop typing or on his personal "HELP Device" than he did with checking me (the patient) out. I just began to think that He ad his staff have that TYPICAL FLORIDA ATTITUDE of not really showing patients/customers that they are their number one priority. His receptionist (Michelle) is a real AIR HEAD and had a real problem with her MEMORY. She couldn't remember anything and blamed patients for her mistakes. She was and still is VERY Unprofessional and I wonder how she maintains a position when she lacks a personality and memory. Just a really horrible experience and I wouldn't tell my worst enemy to seek this Doctors services. He had to be the worst doctor I have EVER came in contact with. If you are looking for a caring… knowledgeable Physician keep on looking because Dr. Ortiz isn't who you should waste your time with. Dissatisfied is really an understatement.
