Staff can be rude and snippy in their interactions with patients both on the telephone and in person. Wait times to be seen by the Doctor is typically more than 1 hour. Everyone is scheduled at the same time instead so your appointment time is useless. Patients arrive at 6am to line up even though they have an apointment. This office seems to be concerned more with how many patients are seen.

Rozo NEVER LEAVES HIS DESK TO MAKE A PHYSICAL ASSESSMENT. Rozo MISSED AND NEVER DIAGNOSED MY FATHER'S PANCREATIC CANCER BECAUSE HE IS TOO LAZY TO GET UP FROM HIS CHAIR. REFUSED TO ORDER THE DIAGNOSTIC TESTS THAT WERE APROPRIATE FOR HIM, SUCH AS AN MRI. AND FOR HIS EXTREME PAIN ONLY GAVE HIM IBURPOFEN 800MG, WHEN PANCREATIC CANCER IS SO PAINFULL THAT ALL PATIENTS ARE ON MORPHINE AROUND THE CLOCK.
