An appointment with the doctor on Saturday, which is quite convenient for those who work from Monday to Friday. And busy all day. The staff knows their business and can help at any moment. Waiting did not take 10 minutes. Dr. Alexander Merson made strong impressions going person who knows the business and the person is ready to help other people.

Dr. Merson is truly a caring and involved doctor. Exceptionally bright, he is efficient, but at the same time extremely careful and thoughtful. I have entrusted my care to him for over ten years now and am extremely pleased.

the doctor himself is pretty responsible and listens. i think his diagnostics is pretty much inline with every other practitioner, where he recommends pills as a way to cure the immediate problem, as opposed to making life changes. i have not had major health problems, but to make appointments and get blood results is like pulling teeth from the office staff. specifically lena and irina dont understand the meaning of customer service. if you don't follow up regarding your status, no one will. when i call to find out the status, they make it seem like they are doing me a favor speaking to me, and are pretty abrasive in tone and their manerisms. it might just be a russian culture where there was no customer service, but you are in america now and you have to learn to recognize that there are other good doctors and competition. I have never had this type of treatment in another office.
