Doctor Garcia is a nice person but his business needs some help.Making an appointment, or just get to talk to someone, is an arduous and complicaded process.One whole hour in the waiting room, plus half hour in the patien room, before I saw him. Why to make an appointment? This happened only once but in general, the waiting was too long.The staff is dry and unfriendly; some times almost rude.
