I've been to Dr. Zand's office twice for my baby's monthly checkup, every time we had to wait for more than an hour past the appointment time before being seen by the doctor. I wouldn't recommend this doctor to anyone. A patient's time is as valuable as the doctor's, no parents should be made holding their infant babies sitting in the exam room wondering when the doctor will show up.
