I took my client to see Dr. Scarborough, we waited almost 2 hours before we were seen. When Dr. Scarborough came into the exam room she barely acknowledged us let alone apologize for the long wait. We were there to review the medication prescribed to my client by Dr. Scarborough. I asked Dr. Scarborough why my client was on osteoporosis medication, her reply was because of her age and hysterectomy. I asked if my client had a bone density test before prescribing the medication? Dr. Scarborough replied no it wasn't necessary. I find it unnerving that my client is taking medication that has not been tested as needing. I ask Dr. Scarborough what she thought of vitamins? Dr. Scarborough said they were not necessary. I get the feeling that Dr. Scarborough is a pill pusher with no real interest in her patients.
