This doctor half the times doesn't return phone calls, she doesn't follow up as she should, is insensitive, if you need her and it's after hours forget it she doesn't want to be bothered. You're left with the feeling she could care less. She's also a doctor for one of the worst nursing homes Long Ridge of Stamford, same thing over there, she could care less about family members worried about their loved ones and spends as little time as she can, not even the bear minimum.

Was not interested in listening to you and should have asked about what has passed since one was there before. Did not ask why one was so upset.

All you hope for in a doctor--including follow-up care. Good listener and diagnostician, clear communicator, very caring and generous. When you leave her office, you know you know what there is to know, and what and how to do what she recommends. You also know she is truly at the end of the phone if you need her. She will call you to know how you are doing...we are fortunate to have her!
