Ten years ago, while in her residency in Portland, Maine, I had the privilege to be under the care of Dr. Amy Costa. Today, 10 years later and over 2,000 miles away - Dr. Costa's expert knowledge, instruction, time, guidance and pleasant manner serve as the foundation for a successful and healthy recovery from a serious DVT. Her foresight and shared vision for this miraculous recovery has made all the difference. Today,after reviewing a CTA in the office of one of the country's top vascular specialists located in Florida, it was announced that "this is only the second time" they've every seen this in their office.
