Left without forwarding information
Just called to make an appointment. Unable to make an appointment because Dr. Hear closed his practice and did not leave any forwarding information. I never recieved any notice and now am unable to get my medical records! The receptionist for the other physician who practiced in the same office said that they still had patients showing up for appointments who were not notified. Very disappointed. Not the way to treat patients!!

I have been with dr hear for many yrs. I am leaving him . He is a wonderful dr and he is not the reason I am leaving. His floors n rooms r filthy. His rec with the bad teeth is very very very rude. I have called for app n had to wait days to hear back or get in when I say I have tried to get in I get told that I never called. Very very unprofessional. Something he really needs to look into. I know a lot of people that go to him n I am not the only one leaving. His customer service has really declined in the last months. He really needs to do something.

hire some professional people or give your employees training on how to conduct themselves is an office. hippa certainly needs to be addressed
