The doctors and staff at Capital Women's Care in Hagerstown, MD is PHENOMENAL! I had a difficult pregnancy with my second(going once a week for monitoring) and I received the utmost respect, courtesy and more importantly proper and accurate prenatal care throughout my pregnancies. Dr Oh is a very compassionate and caring physician, which fits perfectly for his specialty! I would refer anyone to them!

Dr. Oh delivered my 2nd child last year and was part of my care during both pregnancies. He is professional, kind, understanding, empathetic, informative and just out right FANTASTIC.
