I was seen in under 20 minutes of coming into the office. He was kind and answered all questions asked. He explained what was wrong with me (dislocated shoulder) in a way I could easily understand.
DID MY SHOULDER 3 YRS AGO AND ITS GREAT
he was an excellent surgeon. he was so caring and concerned about every aspect of my recovery. (had shoulder replaced). He always had time for my questions and his staff was great.
I fell at work and had to use Workman's Comp; my first doctor couldn't have cared less about me and spent about two minutes with me when he told me I needed surgery. I was then directed by my case manager to Dr. Willis, who spent forty-five minutes with me during my first appointment; at the end of that time I knew I wanted him to perform the surgery. I was not disappointed: He did a great job with a difficult operation, and after a year I am still satisfied.
Staff pushy - Will collect the copayment - then make you wait an extra two hours past your appointment time...

Outstanding, clear consice diagnosis, inspires confidence and trust, artist with a scalpel, Best Orthopedic period.
I injured my elbow and met with Dr. Willis several times to try to fix it through a variety of treatments. He considered surgery as a last resort and wanted to exhaust all other methods first. Ultimately I needed surgery and he did a great job. He is very thorough and explains everything in great detail. I highly recommend him for ECRB (tennis elbow) repair.
Dr. Willis was the 4th doctor I visited for my rotator cuff tear. I wish I had found him from the start! He was professional, accurate in his diagnosis and post op prognosis and was warm and caring in all his interactions with me. I speak highly of him and make no hesitation to recommend him to others. The only negative is the significant wait time in the office.
I had surgery in mid Oct on my elbow. Nothing but great things to say about the staff at Tri County. I would highly recommend Dr Willis and his team.
Dr. Andrew Willis is the best there is. His vast knowledge, calm demeanor, skill and expertise makes an injury seem more manageable. He operated on my my husband's shoulder and we never once considered soliciting a second opinion, our trust and faith in Dr. Willis is that great.
I fractured my upper humerus when the ladder I was standing on toppled.First broken bone in adulthood at the age of 73. Visited Dr. Willis and was impressed immediately by his diagnosis and confidence that he exuded. After recommending therapy and some elementary exercises I improved to a point after 11 weeks, where I am on the road to total recovery! No one else I would rather have tending to me than him.
I cannot rave positively enough about my exprience with Dr. Willis and his PA Brett Larssen. They were extremely competent (I had a severely broken elbow), caring, generous regarding their time in providing me with post-surgical suggestions including rehab, knowledgeable in their craft, and even gave me a few chuckles during the process. Three-months post-op I have completely restored the use of my arm (range of motion and strength). I could not imagine a better outcome and more pleasant experience!
Horrible, horrible, horrible worst MD experience of my life!!!!!
Be prepared to wait well up to two hours past your appointment time.Like other's noted, perhaps if you are a Jet's player you might get better treatment.Quick to recommend surgery. BEWARE!
I will not recommend the practice nor the doctor due to the lack of professionalism and caring. After a 3 hour wait, my complaints were dismissed by the staff and the doctor. It seemed like I was annoying them because I was irritated for the amount of time I spent in the waiting room. I will not go there, nor will I recommend the practice. Maybe if I was a JETS player, I might've gotten some attention and professional service.
Dr. Willis provided excellent care for my sore shoulder. Recommended alternatives to surgery. Followed up to see how I was doing. Office staff was respectful. He apologized for the wait.
Surgery, surgery, surgery... Get a second opinion.Staff is also very rude also. You really are a number.
Came into office with attitude, disrespectful, acted rushed, irritable, condescending
Bring your credit card and your dinner. Wait is frequently many hours and you wont find this out until after you sign in and make your co-pay. No signing in until you pay up. Likes to perform surgery. Get a 2nd opinion outside of their practice.
Overbooks everyday and patients have long waits. Plus they will demand your payment before they sign you in so you cannot leave. Wait times of over two hours are not uncommon.
i went to three doctors before finding Dr. Willis. He was the only one who knew how to fix my type of fracture. i was terried that it would not be able to be corrected and i would become handicapped. Dr. Willis was able to perform the surgery with complete succes, and guided and assured me along the way. If not for him, i would not have the use of my arm/hand. I owe a great deal to this amazing doctor
