I am a 55 year old profession that has had health issues all his life. I know something about physicians. In addition to being a patient I have taught at several medical schools. Dr. Wong is incredible. She is very busy and it may take a day or two to see her, but she makes herself available online and where you are warned it may take 2 business days for a response (and with other doctors this is almost always a nurse), if your concern is about your health, Dr, Wong usually responds personally, frequently on the same day. The best part of being a patient of Dr, Wong's is her care. Not only doe she perform a thorough exam and provide an accurate diagnosis when you are sick, she also takes an active interest in keeping her patients well, including Dr./patient walks and hikes outside the clinic setting. I really can't praise Dr. Wong enough. I recently moved and am now 200 miles from her office, but she will always be my personal physician and am happy to travel any distance for such excellent and personal care.

BE CAREFUL.The worst family medicine doctor I ever met. Can't even detect pregnancy after visiting twice and then I need to figure it out by kit-test!! Also, always calls twice for the same problem. First she listen and gives her opinion and then when things are not resolved in 1/2 weeks she calls back and then gave the referral. And now comes to her office staff/ nurse; they even do not know how to send a referral properly. I so far need to cancel my two appointments of physiotherapy is because they put wrong provider in the referral letter and sending the fax in a different provider and this simple mistake is still not corrected even after pointing that out by email/ phone and personal visit. DO THEY REALLY CONCERN ABOUT THE PATIENT'S SUFFERING ?
