Dr. Faherty is an excellent cardiologist. She is very caring and extremely knowledgeable and is up to date with the latest medical studies. Yes, you need to plan an hour after your appt. because the office does get backed up. I believe this is because patients are always late and because she will not leave you until you understand what is going on. She never ends a visit without asking if you have any questions and she will answer you regardless of how packed the waiting room is. I do agree with other comments that this medical practice needs to work on customer service including timely reply to pharmacy contacts for prescription renewals. I believe they need someone in charge of all the office managers to offer better patient support.
