I'm sure Dr. Mellor is well trained, however, she does not have hospital priviledges, her group practice is so large, that much is delegated to her staff. When one of my tests came back indicating a change in medication, an aide called and when I asked what to do,she said, "Well, I guess take two a day instead of one." Uh, no okay by a mile. Patient calls should be made by the doctor. If she's too busy to do that, she can't possibly oversee proper care. As for posters here who complain about wait time, get over it. What you should be commenting on is doctor care. That is what is relevant.

I have been a long time patient of Dr. Mellor's. I think she is a great doctor, but now has a large patient load. Can't remember a time when I didn't have to wait 15-35 minutes. I can never get a same day appointment, have to settle for one of the other doctor's. In my personal case, there has been little follow up. If a test came out okay, I was told that, but not what to do next.
