She made me suffer in pain. She is always late with no regard to other people's time. I thought she was a caring doctor but not really. She writes inaccurate information about her patients which shows that she wasn't really listening at all. She constantly looks at her cell phone while the patient is in the exam room and sometimes even answering it which is very rude, and then she is in and out within 15 minutes without coming up with a plan of action/solution or exam. I kept having to repeat each visit with the same result - none. She is very personable and it seems as if she cares and that may be with some but I soon learned different. My wait is always a 20 - 40 in the exam room with a 15 minute consult. I am very disappointed in her especially when she caused me to suffer in pain for days. It's unfortunate that I ended up having to call the compliance department in order to get some results. I found out that I was not the only one and that this has happened to, and that she's not the only doctor at Henry Ford that is like that. I use to be an advocate for HFH but not anymore. What is going on with these doctors now days because the knowledge and professionalism is very poor with a lot of them and that's sad. I guess it's all about their time and money. Learn to listen and hear what your patients are saying so they can get better, not leaving your office and told that's all you have time for right now. Smh
