The doctor committed sexual misconduct!!! I was treated for an anal fissure by him an extremely painful condition, he asked me to bend over while he sat in a chair and watched me pull down my pantyhose, my panties, pull up my dress and lean on a nearby table. He not only didn't leave the room, he sat ogling me while I undressed!, no gown, no nurse, no privacy. He stayed an dwatched as I re dressed. He's a predator, arrogant. And uses his profession to take advantage of women patients in desperate pain!!!

Dr Ottley is caring and very compassionate. He cared for my mom through her cancer diagnosis and continues to be a light of hope and support.
