AVOID THIS PHYSICIAN BOTH PROFESSIONALLY AND PERSONALLY. HE SLEEPS WITH HIS FEMALE CO-WORKERS, AND HAS DONE THIS AT EVERY DEPARTMENT HE HAS WORKED AT. EVERY NEGATIVE REVIEW YOU READ ABOUT HIM IS THE TRUTH. HIS IS A LYING, MANIPULATING, CHEATING, MONSTER OF A MAN AND ANYONE WHO HAS COME IN CONTACT WITH HIM IN THE PAST 20 YEARS KNOWS THIS TO BE TRUE. IF HE CAN'T EVEN TREAT HIS WIFE RIGHT HOW DO YOU EXPECT HIM TO TREAT A PATIENT RIGHT. HE HAS NO COMPASSION OR RESPECT. GOOGLE HIM AND YOU WILL SEE. HIDDEN BEHIND A FAKE FACADE IS A BEAST WHO WILL SMILE TO YOUR FACE AND TAKE A HATCHET TO YOUR BACK AS SOON AS YOU TURN AROUND. RUN DONT WALK AWAY FROM THIS MAN!!!

So impressed with his presentation, compassion and staff.. Having been diagnosed with such a disease, Dr. Addesa. Was informative and compassionate. He & his staff put me at ease.

This doctor will minimize side effects of radiation to the point of deception when he doesn't flat out lie about them. He told my husband and I on consultation (husband having radiation as a prophylactic after vermilionectomy with mucosal advancement) that he would lose his facial hair in the area being radiated (true), have a sunburned chin that would peel (true) and the inside of his lip might get sore but they have medicine for that. (Not true). The inside of his lip is a huge bleeding blister that affects his ability to talk (he owns a business and has meetings and runs crews), eat, drink and sleep. His lip is a big bleeding sore that he peels off every morning. Even with the nurses advocating for help in week 2, doc says there's none to be had, take advil/aleve/tylenol and swish with salt and baking soda mixture. Where is the med to treat? No, two days off radiation only because too swollen to be accurate. 3rd week, hubby has eye and sinus infection, weight loss and kidney stone. Never sick before, but not because of radiation. Okay, maybe the inability to eat, drink or sleep well plus the chronic pain will cause a person's immune system to drop and cause them to not be able to take in enough fluids and nutrients or the stress of constant pain indirectly caused by the lack of pain management and medical treatment of side effects? Sent hubby with articles from reputable cancer organizations that has lists and lists of treatment options and he gets a smirk and jokes about his hair loss. No compassion, no help. You don't see the doctor often, and when you do, he doesn't help you. Nurses are awesome, as are techs, but if you want a doctor who will be honest, compassionate, safeguard your health and help you maintain your quality of life, you need to look elsewhere.

Dr. Addesa is now the chief Radiation Oncologist at the Jupiter Medical Center's Ella Milbank Foshay Cancer Center. I had 33 radiation treatments for soft palate cancer ending two weeks ago. Dr. Addesa has had extensive head and neck cancer experience with training at Dana Farber, Beth Israel, etc, while attending Harvard Medical as well as UVA. His expertise is tops. He was patient with me and always courteous and friendly. He answered all my concerns. Most of all, he was encouraging giving me confidence. I could not have had better treatment anywhere or by anyone else.

I recently was treated for breast cancer at this center. Though I spent little time with the actual Dr. I was impressed by the caring and support that I received from his nurse. One in particular was kind, caring and treated me with the upmost compassion which helped me through a very hard time. I had a special kind of radiation treatment in which I received treatment 5 days two times per day. The nurse Lisa helped me tremendously and was always there to provide a smile and uplifting word. Dr. Addesa and Lisa removed my special device there at the office and he was professional and did not hurt me. She was there to hold my hand and ease my fears. Thank goodness for people in their field.

This guy has extremely low moral fiber! He cheats on his wife with other married woman who work at his office and has a 2yr old daughter. Beware of Anthony E. Addesa!
