Dr. Greenwood ' s ofc is understaffed and poorly run. It took 3 months to hammer out getting onto a new medication, and over a month to get a call back regarding a billing issue. Hold times when calling are in excess of 10 minutes, because only one receptionist handles incoming patients, incoming calls, and business administration items. There are no direct lines for billing or nursing staff, and email addresses are not given upon request. The receptionist is a gate keeper, not a friendly facilitator, who will not connect you with the people you need to speak with. This ofc is not client oriented as the Web site implies. They will ignore you and sweep you under the rug if you are polite and civilized. They are self-involved and d more concerned with their agendas than your care
