It’s not in my DNA to write personal reviews to healthcare or any Physician or nursing staff, when a mutual and friendly understanding already exist between patient and provider. However, when I do write any kind of a review on behalf of any doctor or medical team, t's gotta be something that is unique with a point of difference and needs to be shared with others. This is where Dr Arneyo Perez, MD, and front desk Rachael shines the most. Dr.Perez listens to your concerns and takes a genuine personal interest in all endeavors of his unselfish discipline to help all of his patients. Dr. Perez comes across as being very skilled and knowledgable and shares this information in a very comprehensive way with his patients. His bed side manners are remarkable and ever present in his practice. And front desk Rachael is just as awesome, too! Dr Perez simply puts the patient in a calm like confidence that makes the entire sit-down-with-the-doc a most pleasant experience. He goes out of his… way(a natural feature of his professional demeanor)to always smile and treats you like patients like he really cares. Dr Perez is outstanding when it comes right down to the wire on how to explain your condition and treatment plan in layman's terminology. Not too many physician's like Dr Perez will talk "with" you, instead they end up talking "at" you on the first leg of patient to doctor conversation. Nuff said! I highly recommend Dr Perez to anyone with any health care concerns as well as those that are seeking the power of "compassion" and "care" that appears to be going away in the opposite direction along with bed side manners. Dr. Perez is the best doctor I have ever had. He is compassionate, caring, thoughtful, extremely smart and honestly just loves his job and patients. We just love him. If I could give him 10 stars I would.

The office staff at DC Ranch Family Medicine also lives up to the same standards that Dr. Perez exudes. They are friendly, excellent follow-through and extremely knowledgeable. I always feel like we are in good hands no matter who we are working with...front office, back-office and everyone else in-between.

I have been very impressed with the level of care and compassion regarding my health care at this office. From the front desk, to the assistants, to the doctor and the Nurse Practitioner, I have been well pleased. Everyone seems genuinely interested in my well being and I am more than "just another number" or billing opportunity. I feel so fortunate to have been referred here by good friend.

Great Doctor with the best bedside manner. He always makes you feel like you are his only patient of the day. Always pleasant and never makes you feel like a number, which is hard to find today. But the best part of this fine Doctor is that he is brilliant and a very kind caring provider. So grateful he moved to this community.

We decided to try Dr. Perez for our family after researching his reviews online. We were impressed with all his multiple awards and the numbers of reviewers at Vitals.com. We were also skeptical since it seemed to good to be true. I sent my husband out first. He does not like going to the doctor so I figured he would be a good test subject. He came back praising him and overall very happy with his interaction with Dr. Perez. I went in next. I have to say all the reviews are for a good reason: he is simply great! He listened to me, he made eye contact, he explained himself clearly and asked for my feedback when deciding his treatment approach. The list goes on and on. So much so that I felt compelled to write my own review (I never write reviews). He really is that good!
