Very rude staff work the phones. As I spoke, she cut me off repeatedly and didn't allow me to ask a couple of simple questions.Doctor was ok when I finally got to see him. But it took forever and was excruciating to get an appointment.

I am very happy to be a patient of Dr. Levine. At one point, a different doctor scared me half-to-death about a possible condition of my eye & related diagnosis - so my primary doctor referred me to Dr Levine, whom he regarded highly. What a difference. Dr. Levine is able to be honest, provide details as necessary and always keeps a :the glass is more than half full" attitude. In addition, his staff is friendly but professional. I have been to the Manhattan & Bronx offices & both make you feel welcome and cared for.
