Misdiagnosed a brain tumor as a psychiatric disorder, thereby almost killing me; refused request for referral to specialistto address severe cranial pain; destroyed medical records; made a knowingly false and fraudulent report to the Medical Information Bureau, thereby creating a financial disaster.
