The worst Dermatologist , ZERO. Shame of Cornell @ Columbia

Arrived at scheduled 12:30 pm appointment time. Waited a half hour in to be sat in patient room. I would end up waiting a total of 40 minutes in room. During the lengthy wait, with no communication from staff or doctor, I opened the door and asked the medical assistant, “did the doctor forget that there was a waiting patient in the room.” I was told he was seeing another patient he’d be right in. Another 10 minutes passed. I told the medical assistant I wanted to cancel my appointment. Coincidentally, the medical assistant returned stating the doctor would be right in. Dr. Rabanowitz literally took 2.5 mins to evaluate and tell me all looks well. Arrived on time to scheduled appointment. Waited 1hr 40 minutes for a 2.5 minute check up. Never again!

I normally see a different doctor out of their Clark office and she is wonderful. Dr rabinowitz came in, rushed through my appointment, Did not even touch my skin, and did not answer any of my questions. All he did was refill my prescription that was previously prescribed by the other physician in Clark. it was honestly a waste of time and money but the only way to get my prescription refilled. It would have been nice, though, to know if I am taking the correct prescription and to be reevaluated and have my concerns addressed properly. The staff, on the other hand... Was delightful. They were friendly, professional and helpful. Just a shame that the doctor was not as helpful

Had a horrible experience with this office: Had an appointment for my infant daughter at 5:30. Made us wait until 6:30pm. From 5:30pm we were told that the doctor will be with us in a bit. At 6:30pm I finally asked if we were going to be seen by the doctor and finally the doctor's assistant told the truth that the doctor is doing a procedure and there is still one patient before us. I complained, asked for the explanation as to why we have not been notified that it would take 2 hours to see the doctor. She was very rude. At that point I asked for a refund and decided that I am not going to wait for another hour to be seen. There bathroom was not equipped with any changing table or anything remotely child friendly that would have allowed me to change my daughter. How this office thinks it is OK to make 17 month old child wait for 2 hours for a simple dermatology visit is beyond me.
