Ashkan Babaie, MD

I had persistent A-fib which was quite debilitating. Dr. Babaie and Dr. Douville did a convergent or hybrid ablation procedure(s) in June of 2011. Dr. Babaie is without a doubt one of the most empathic people I have ever met. I am a psychotherapist and I don't usually ascribe empathy with Dr's who perform surgery. Nothing could be further from the truth. He and Dr.Douville have literally changed the course of my life. And truly genuinely caring person wrapped up in a highly skilled physician. I really cannot say enough about him. Thank you Dr. Babaie !!

Dr.Babaie is the most compassionate Doctor that I have ever seen, he is very knowledgeable in his field and without him my life would be miserable. He has performed 2 cath lab procedures on me and 1 successful ablation. Dr.Babaie always tries his best to find a solution to what is going on with me and has gotten me to where I am symptom free.I have been his patient for 4 1/2 yrs, during my first year before the ablation I had 28 ambulance trips to the E.R. and since my ablation I have had none in 3 1/2 yrs. Thank you so much Dr.Babaie for giving me my life back.

Dr Babaie along with Dr Douville did a convergent procedure on me last November. The results are much better than I anticipated. I could not ask to be treated better than Dr Babaie has treated me. He is knowledgeable and he cares about his patients. It was a wonderful experience.Thank you Dr. Babaie

Dr Babaie is a fantastic doctor. He cares so much about his patients and has no issues saying "he doesnt know" but does try to find solutions. He keeps up on current studies especially with those dealing with Dysautonomia. He understands the complexities. I just have nothing but praise for him and his nurses. And i have seen A LOT of doctors in the portland metro area.
