I saw Dr. Slappy a few years back at the naval hospital in north charleston, sc. retired military he told he "report as ordered". i already waited over one hour past my appointment time as they took someone scheduled after my appt. time before me to make it even a longer wait, needless to say I never went back to see him.

Seen Dr. Slappy once and left another time because of horrible staff. Do yourself a favor and see another Doctor.
