Dr. Austin Hayes in Hillsboro, Oregon performed my surgery right there at the surgery center in same building as his office. The whole team was great! Everyone so thoughtful and caring! Right from our first visit he went over and beyond on letting me know everything right up front, he is very detailed about everything. He takes his time answering any and all questions you have, he don't rush through it he makes sure you fully understand everything involved. He is very knowledgeable and helpful through the whole process. He called me and personally talked to me before scheduling to make sure I fully understood everything ahead of time. He gives you his email and you can email him directly with any questions, he is very prompt on getting back to you. Never makes you feel like your bothering him. Since I live out of town he worked with on the surgery time so I didn't feel rushed. He talked to me and did my prep the morning of surgery. Everything went great turned out just as… he said it would. Gave my friend that was with my his cell number in case we needed to get ahold of him during the night after surgery. After my surgery he texted me and called me several times to see how I was doing. I had his cell phone number to call anytime to keep in contact if I had any concerns or questions and to let him know how things were going. I'm so glad I choose DR. AUSTIN HAYES to do my surgery, I don't think you could find a more caring up front doctor than Austin. I'm VERY VERY SATISFIED with how everything went from our first visit to my six week check up. In fact for my six week check up instead of me driving all the way to Hillsboro, Dr. Hayes came to his Hood River office and met me so I didn't have to drive so far. Im very happy with the way my lift and implants look, HE DID A FABULOUS JOB! I would recommend him to anyone thinking about having this surgery, You wont be disappointed! You will actually be surprised on what a great skilled and caring doctor he is. I PROMISE! Veronica in the office is great, she'll help you with all your paperwork and appointments!! Dr. Hayes is one of the most likable and knowledgable doctors I have ever met. His warm and caring nature puts you at ease immediately. He thoroughly explains everything you need to know in simple terms, and answers all of your questions with patience and compassion. Although I saw Dr. Hayes for a minor office procedure and not major surgery, I would definitely use him as a surgeon and would recommend him to my friends. His office staff is also a pleasure to deal with. Too bad he can't be my primary-care physician!

Dr. Hayes was the most professional, patient and helpful doctor I've ever worked with. Answered all my never ending questions and was so helpful even after the surgery. His work is like an art form - I went from barely a size A to a C without it looking fake or overdone. It turned out natural and perfect for my body type - am beyond happy with the results!

Very easy to talk to, down to earth, reassuring and calming when needed. Confident and competent. Office and support staff were great too. Recommend highly.

I needed hand surgery after falling last summer while I was running. I was recommended to Dr. Hayes, and I feel very fortunate to have had him as my surgeon. He is very personable and compassionate, and he was extremely patient with my squeamishness about anything medical. He listened without acting in a hurry, explained the surgery well, and followed up with an extra appointment just to check in with me. Best of all, my hand is almost completely back to normal! I'd totally recommend him!

Dr. Hays performed a neck/face lift and blepharoplasty. Was very please with the results.

Dr. Hayes performed my hand surgery. I was impressed with his credentials and felt very confident with his plan for my surgery that had some unknowns going into it. The results are terrific and I'm thankful he was able to use the least invasive method of surgery. Scheduling is very easy, his office staff is very friendly and I appreciate Dr. Hayes' ability to listen and have genuine concern towards my healing. I highly recommend him as a surgeon.

Dr. Hayes listens to you and really hears your concerns. I went to him for a mole removal on my face. I knew it would scar so I wanted the most delicate and tiniest sutures possible. Dr. Hayes was a dream and gave me a beautiful tiny tiny scar without a depression or dog ears at the ends of the biopsy. I don't regret seeing him at all. Now one friend has already had surgery with him with 3 more coming to his clinic. He is a suture king! PS He's really in Beaverton too.

I had an under eye procedure from a local Wa. Dr., went to Seaside for for a week of recovery with a couple of black eyes. Day two my left eye began to swell, it went from bad to worse very fast and I went to emergency at Seaside Hospital, they transported me by ambulance to Providence St. Vincent in Portland!! I had no idea an infection could be so serious!! Dr. Hayes was so kind and concerned! I felt very confident in him, after consulting with another Dr. he did surgery on my eye. He was so through, I had an optomologist, and infectious disease Dr. He covered all the bases, I felt in excellent care! He was concerned not just about my overall recovery but the outcome of my original procedure. If I ever decided to have another procedure of any kind I would go to him and I live a state away. I give him my highest recommendation!!
