Dr. Perlman will always have a special place in my family's hearts. When my sister had a breakdown in high school, no one knew what was wrong. But he properly diagnosed her as bipolar, having a chemical imbalance. She was hospitalized, treated and today she is a doctor herself because of the knowledge and help she received from Dr. Perlman. We think very highly of this doctor and know what an impact he has had on many lives!
