I visited Dr Saad as a new patient in early 2023 when I retired and went on Medicare. I had my thyroid removed in Nov 2011. So need continuous endocrinology care. When he came in the room he quickly introduced himself and scurried to computer in corner. I was explaining my medical history as first visit with him. He told me I talked too much. Never asked how I was doing or how I felt. Just brushed me off. Guess he looked at my labs and that was that.Said he would see me again in 3 months. WTH!!! Never went back!! Got a new endocrinologist who is amazing!

I and my wife have been visiting Dr. Saad's clinic in San Bernardino for many years and can state without the slightest hesitation that he is a magnificent individual and compassionate caregiver in whom we have the utmost confidence.

Dr. Saad is wonderful! Always coming in with a smile and wanting to know about you! He asks questions and he is to solve the problems you are having. He suggests meds, bu doesn’t get upset or mad or treats you like your an idiot if you don’t want to take them. I appreciate that kind of great bedside manor in a Doctor! I left another doctor in the same Office as I didn’t feel he had my best interests at heart and felt he was too busy to care. Glad I found Dr. Saad

Dr Saad has helped me get my life back. Feeling so much better. He has been doing treatment slowly, one new thing at a time. He doesn’t like to start too much at once. He knows what he is doing and I trust him 100%!

Dr. Saad put me at ease as I fight thyroid cancer. It's a scary diagnosis and he explains and listens even though he has an enormous amount of patients. He is on top of my bloodwork, Radioactive Iodine and whole body scans. His associate Dr. Kastoon has also been involved in my case, he is another kind & caring doctor. I do wish they weren't so rushed sometimes but welcome to American healthcare! His affiliation with St. Bernadines in the same building makes scheduling tests, scans, etc., very easy. I'd recommend Dr. Saad's practice to anyone with thyroid cancer.

Doctor Saad is very nice and makes you feel like he really cares about your well being. Staff is super nice and very helpful.
