He was technically savvy, focused on the bigger picture and very personal. His staff was also efficient and friendly.

Wonderful WONDERFUL experience overall. I got a septoplasty, allergy drops, & now, a mouth guard to stop snoring & for now, my results with the septoplasty have been far better than expected. I didn't know my entire life having a nose that functions properly would change my life! Im grateful to Dr. Cilento, William, & the entire team at Dr. Cilento's office in Spring, TX. Im happy I chose correctly.

The thing I liked the best was he talked to me about everything for my sleep apnea and didn't disregard the data. I would highly recommend him for anyone with sleep apnea.

As long as you don't ask questions about your care, he is probably very good. First visit was due to a new snoring issue and the CT scan performed in his office indicated that I had a sinus infection, likely for a while. He laid out the treatment plan (antibiotics and surgery) and we discussed a possible sleep study if the treatment did not resolve my snoring issue. He was a bit arrogant, but I don't generally mind if the care is good. I arrive for the follow up visit and he walks in and asks if I am "still refusing" the sleep study. I probably look confused because he said "We talked about a sleep study. Remember?" Well, yes, I did remember, but why would you push a sleep study before fully eliminating the possible causes of the snoring? $$$, maybe? Next, he goes into the surgery planning and how I will watch a video about the surgery. Since I had sinus surgery about 18 years ago, my clinical/curious brain went into wondering what was different between the surgery then versus today.… So, I made the tragic mistake of asking. **gasp** Oh, my.......I got shushed! Never have I had that with a physician before. He told me to watch the video and if I had any questions, to ask his nurse. He wasn't going to answer my general, easy questions? Was his nurse doing the surgery? If I cannot converse with my physician, it is a little concerning. I went home, thought about it, and cancelled my surgery. It is all good, though. I found another ENT who was fabulous at explaining my surgery options and how it compared to my previous surgery, etc. Like I said, I don't mind horrible bedside manners if the care is good, but this is not life or death, and there are plenty of great physicians in the Houston area, so I chose not to put up with the condescending attitude and had my surgery done elsewhere. I just hope that if he has a family that he goes home to, that he is a little warmer in his conversations. :-)

Unbelievably arrogant.

Called to make an appointement to discuss my sleep apnea. I was told the copay was $30 and everything else was covered. After the initial visit it was clear I could not afford the procedure to make the corrective measures. I explained that to everyone but was still given prescriptions to fill and make a follow up appt. I reached out to the office again to confirm that I should fill the script and make the appointment even if I am going through with the procedure and was instructed YES please do these things. At the follow up appointment Dr. Cilento came in the room asked when the procedure was I again expalined that I could not aoofrd it and he said he understands and that was the end of the appointment. That appointment cost the $30 co pay if he read my chart I could have saved the money for the copay and the $90 in medications he prescribed. To add to this i get a bill for an additioanl $60 from them because they say my insurance copay was wrong. when i called i was told, "yeah this… happens". Not to mention everytime I have called or emailed it takes multiple repeat calls or emails until someone finally responds. They are money hungry and the patients clearly do not come first. If you need a specialist like this i would reccomend looking elsewhere. Extremely dissapointed in the service.

I saw Dr. Cilento for cosmetic treatment today for the first time. I was super impressed with his office and the staff were so friendly and fun. I have had cosmetic procedures in the past but I haven’t really been satisfied and I didn’t know exactly what it was that I didn’t like. Dr. Cilento was very patient and gave me exactly what I needed and I couldn’t be more happy. I will most definitely be back and I will recommend him to all of my friends and family!

Simply put, this doctor was a waste of my time and money.

I recently had microneedling done with Dr. Cilento, and I could not be happier with the results. My experience with him and his staff was beyond excellent. He genuinely listens to what his patients are saying, and only does what’s necessary. I high recommend Dr. Cilento and his practice to anyone!
