Dr. Spirn was highly recommended to us as a retina specialist. We had the unfortunate accident of my daughter being hit by a baseball in the face. She ended up with a tear in her retina. Dr Spirn and his staff have been compassionate, accommodating & extremely helpful during this difficult time. Dr Spirn is very knowledgeable and seems to be an expert in this area. I feel confident that he will help get my daughter get the best outcome possible.

I go to see Dr. Chrishonda McCoy. She is a Great Doctor! The staff, the face of the practice, is very unfriendly. When a person first goes to any docor they are a bit nervous. The staff should be welcoming and courteous! This staff treats you like you're an inconvenience. They are very cold and they DON'T smile.They should probably be moved to the back of the operation and replaced with people who care about People! I will not be sending anyone I know here.

I have been a patient of Dr. Benjamin Spirn since 2005. Previously I was seeing an ophthalmologist in the group for my annual eye exams, so when I had an emergency (a tear in my retina), I saw "Dr. Ben" (he's called that because his father also practices in the group, so there's no confusion) and he immediately diagnosed the problem and explained the solution, which was laser surgery to prevent the tear from enlarging in size. It worked! That was 7 years ago, so for the "long-term", I consider it a success. Dr. Ben clearly explained everything to me & answered all my questions. I never felt rushed. The staff is professional, knowledgeable & caring. When my 88 year old mother had a similar condition, we brought her there & she also had a positive experience. My feeling is that Dr. Ben is very committed to preserving the vision of his patients.
