Hard to find anyone remotely comparable to him-“old school”-compassionate, caring, amazing follow up! Nothing missing!

Dr. Cozen is the most caring and qualified physician I have ever been to. He is truly compassionate and his staff is sensational. Wish there were more docs like him.

Due to the retirement of my previous three doctors , I took the advice of friends and family to make an appointment with Dr. Cozen. He is the most thoughtful, caring, friendly, concerned doctor I have known. Phone calls are returned in a very short time and he makes space for me the same day if he feels he needs to see me, even after a long day in the office. Dr Cozen makes you feel very comfortable and has a wonderful sense of humor. After x-rays, blood tests, etc, regardless of specialist, if I have given his name, he follows through that day or next days with results to me. (Which many of the specialists do not do. They tell the patient to call them.) , e

Firstly, I am bewildered at some of the comments that were made about Dr. Cozen; I can't imagine how anyone could view him negatively in any manner. He is the most thorough, concerned, kind and decent primary care physician I have ever used. In my very first visit, he brought my attention to a medical condition that warranted further investigation. The matter was referred to a specialist and was subsequently addressed and will continue to be monitored. My previously primary care physician never considered the possibility of this condition existing. He takes his time with you and never gives that rushed appearance that my previous primary care provided. In fact, my entire family switched their primary care physician to Dr. Cozen and he is considered a significant improvement over the previous care we received. Again, I'm not sure where the negative comments are coming from but trust me, if you want an excellent primary care physician, Dr. Cozen fits the bill.

Years ago he was excellent. Now it’s just a job Just going through the motions His staff and customer service is just the worst. Can’t stand dealing with this incompetent office.
