Rude staff. Don't listen to complaint. Argue with you. Very uncomfortable atmosphere. Dr seems to quick to see you. Doesn't fully listen. Will not recommend.

good doctor with bad staff

Nice doctor if you can get passed the staff. Horrid is the word and maybe a few other descriptions like lazy, rude, hateful, know it all, crappie attitude and just plain ignorant reception staff. It is possible Dr. Gonzales is clueless to how patients are miss-treated and treated like less than zero. Lets face it is not easy to find caring doctors like Dr. Gonzales but after years of seeing good staff leave and the bad staff stay I was just tired of the bull. What mean is the hoops I had to jump through every time we needed to see the doctor. So run do not walk to a doctor with staff that are respectful of their patients and have a brain.

My mom was sick for over a month and the Dr. sent her to the wrong specialists. We had to pay over $1500 out of pocket costs to take her to other PPO doctor's to figure it out. Every other doctor besides her thought she needed an MRI but she never referred my mom out to one. Still in the process and my mom is still in pain.

I thought at first she was a good doctor when i had to go for a check up but once i was really sick and had to see her when i was in pain i had to wait over an hour and a half after i had an apointment. i can remember once i was asking her about depression and how i might need help, she kinda just over looked and kinda made me feel stupid and said im to young to be worrying about that. when i thought i might be pregnant (witch i am) i went to get a blood test and called for results and they are horrible with picking up and returnin phone calls! if you need paperwork done give them weeks untill you get them done! im now looking for a better doctor.
