NO courtesey at all, longggg wait in office, longer wait to get an appontment. The staff gossips aboutthe patients to other medical personnel. I was told what the medical staff thinks of me by the Social Workers at the Hospital, and then again by the Pulmonary Office. If there was malpractice for bad behavior this team would win the prize. Today It took 28 hours to get 1 prescription filled that I have taken for 2 years, they had to check other resources to see if I take Spriva, an inhaler, because my word was not good enough for them and they forgot to write it down when I listed it as a drug I take. and they refused to fill my pain medication, even though I am terminally ill, and leaving me n pain seems OK with them. RUN from this Doctor
