Most doctors do not spend more than a few minutes with you. Dr. Riggins spends all the time you require. He will answer any questions you may have and makes sure you understand everything before you leave. I do not think he is taking new patients though and will probably retire before too much longer. Too bad as they do not make nice, caring doctors like him anymore.

the building looks condemed, I seriously doubt there is anyone working in the building or if there is what kind of service you could get. The building has been in bad shape for years.
