Rimal doesn't seem to respect patients who are well-informed about their medical conditions and who have researched medications and side-effects, using information from university hospital studies and from publications like the New England Journal of Medicine and The Lancet

He listened and ordered testing and am hoping that he will have a plan in place to treat me after this final test he ordered.

I have bee a patient of Dr. Rivals for over three years. He is personable, passionate about his work, gentle, informative and caring. I am thankful he is my doctor. I have received the best care available from him. His staff is punctual, polite and caring.

He is the Head of Critical Care ICU at Riverbend Hospiital. All I will say is get a second opinion. My family member would have died 10 years ago and 8 months ago again if I listened to him. WTF

The first time I saw Dr. Rimal I knew I liked him very much. He'd read my medical history before coming in (how often does that happen!); he recognized immediately what was wrong, using the same X-rays that others had missed. He knew what antibiotic to use (after months of failures with other antibiotics prescribed by other doctors). He was very empathetic, and treated me almost as an equal, not an ignorant patient (how often has that happened to you?) He thoroughly explained what was happening to me and identified potential problem areas. He didn't let me go to the "see me in a year" point until he was satisfied that the problem and any other problems that might exist, exacerbating my condition. I would recommend Dr Rimal to anyone with a lung problem.
