I am astounded when I read the negative reviews of my very favorite, professional and knowledgeable doctors. She always takes time to really listen and is genuinely interested in what her patients have to say. She has a sunny disposition and a bedside manner that is superior to any physician I've ever treated with and I'm now an elderly woman.

Dr. Bidinger is by far an outstanding Doctor of Rumatoligy who sincerely cares about her patients! She not only was accurate with my RA diagnosis but even called me at home to discuss the next steps we should take. She is a very compassionate, caring Doctor who I highly recommend! There are not very many out there that take the time to work with their patients, she does, so glad I found her.

I've been seeing Dr. Bidinger for many years now for osteoarthritis throughout my body. Not only is she well informed and an excellent practitioner, but she has a very warm personality and makes you feel like you're her only patient. She is thorough and spends the time to "talk to you" as a person. I could not recommend her more highly.

I had an experience with this doctor that is unforgettable! First visit went fairly well. She requested tests and I received them in the mail. When I called to speak with her and left a message that I would like her to explain them, she called me back and scolded me. Her demeanor and attitude was inexcusable and out of line!! I was very upset and in tears! I immediately decided that I would never see her again with that impatient haughty demeanor!! She needs sensitivity training!! Perhaps she feels she’s so competent that she can mistreat some patients and they’ll accept her lack of good manners toward them. Not me, however!

Dr. Bidinger is awesome. I have been in her care for 20+ years and hve been through several medications and proceedures to slow or repair the progression of RA. I talk with her during our appointments and NEVER feel rushed. She sometimes runs late but that is because she cares enough to listen and take time with each patient so that she is better able to treat each individual. highly recommend this doctor.

Dr. Bidinger was the first specialist that really took the time to listen and look at my symptoms as a whole. I have felt like something has been wrong for quite sometime and have always been given the runaround, Dr. Bidinger was finally able to give me a diagnosis and an answer to my questions.

Dr. B has spent over an hour with me on some visits. She is more than thorough and genuinely cares. She takes time to listen and examine, has excellent follow up and works hard to gain knowledge about my condition. She has been my Dr for over 2 years now, I followed her from Worcester to Mendon and the 45min drive is more than worth it. We are trying a new treatment that does not have a lot of data to reference but Dr. B and her staff are keeping in close contact. I fully trust in her as my Dr.

This "Dr" must have gotten her degree out of a cereal box. She is clueless when it comes to medications and laughs at you when you tell her what is going on physically with you. Very snide and arrogant. Has no social skills. She is the reason why I stopped going to the Dr's. I am sure that there are great Dr's out there, she sure is not one of them.
