I Love Doctor Carter. I've been his patient around 11 years. He is kind, thoughtful and an excellent doctor. I would positively recommend him to anyone. In fact I have. I'm glad he is with me on this journey.

I was referred to him by another physician. The appointment went very well. He was very attentive to my needs and questions. Puts things into easy to understand answers for you. He does not run any unnecessary test. Great experience for a first time visitor.

One of the best Dr experiences I’ve had. Seemed so caring and took plenty of time to explain my condition and listened to my questions and concerns. His nurse is great too.

Was stage 3 before I saw him. He changed my blood pressure medicine. No longer need to see him now for 2 years

I have no idea what the prior reviewer is talking about. I have had Dr. Carter as a nephrologist for a decade now and he is the one doctor in my decades of medical issues (I am 40) that actually does listen. He respects my decisions, even if he disagrees with them. Almost all doctors tend to just talk at patients, while Dr. Carter actually talks with me.

This doctor failed to listen, failed to do what he said he would do, failed to follow up and failed to communicate. Would not recommend him to anyone ever, especially within hospital setting.
