I do not recommend Dr Ross. He refused to see my daughter because she uses a wheelchair and is unable to climb up on the examination table by herself and he would not allow me, her mother or her father assist her. The system would not allow me to give zero stars.

Dr. Ross is very down to earth, patient driven and is top in his field. He took great care of me, explained things in terms I understood, and my surgical outcome was perfect.

My husband had surgery with Dr. Ross a few months ago ... He was initially worried as he had never had a surgery before, but Dr. Ross did such an amazing job assuring him not only that it would all work out and be okay, but he made sure that he was comfortable through the whole process - from start to finish. Dr. Ross took the time each and every visit, including the day of surgery to make sure he communicated everything appropriately and his bed side manor was untouchable and very comforting. We would recommend and have since the surgery recommended him to so many people we know in the even they need a surgery done. Dr. Ross is by far the best in the area and we wouldn't hesitate to use him and his staff again. THANK YOU Dr. Ross and team for making this such an easy process for us. We truly appreciate everything that you did and continue to do in order to make sure he is doing okay even months later.

He did a wonderful job taki,g care of my 86 year old mom. Had her gallbladder removed. Very patient Dr. Took lots of time explaining things to me and my 5 siblings. I would recommend Dr. Ross to everyone. Great Dr.

Wonderful experience. Dr. Ross took great care of me. His bedside manner was second to none. He genuinely cares about his patients and goes out of his way to explain surgical procedures and options. I recommend him to all my friends and family, that's probably why his office always seems so busy.

Awful experience, he takes no time to figure out what is wrong with patients. I felt rushed and the office staff is awful. If I could choose no stars for this review I would!
