Dr. Bradley Rowens, MD

Dr Rowens and his entire staff are phenomenal. Very professional, but kind and personable, too. Everyone, from the front desk through the sleep lab personnel, was helpful and made me feel welcome and important. I will stay with these folks for as long as I need these services, and the fact that this is a busy practice, shows their popularity. Well worth the wait!

I've been a patient for over four years, but it still takes 6-8 months to get an appointment with the doctor. I tried the PA once and it was a complete waste of time. Steve in the tech department is wonderful, but the rest of the people associated with this practice don't seem to care about their patients. I'm going elsewhere . . .

I wish I could give negative stars I din't know if Dr Rowens is good or not because I did not really get to see him. I waited almost three months for an appointment and I was seen by his PA. Dr Rowens came in for less thaan five minutes, very rushed, cracked a joke, told me that everything is going to be fine and left. Never asked or taled with me about my symptoms. Another month and a half to have a sleep study. In the meantime I voiced my concerns and the PA did not say that I will never see Dr Rowens and that I will be treated only by her.. I feel she deceived me.. The sleep study technician was very rude. Told me he is a certified sleep educator and insisted that I am the one who is causing myself the problems. The sleep study itself showed of course that this is not the case. Very, very bad experience overall.

We dont mind the time we spend going to see him , he always make you fell at ease.
