By far the worst office I have had the experience of being in. Staff is not helpful, they have no compassion for their patients. Getting prescriptions refilled seems like a chore for the staff. They do no return phone calls in a timely manner or at all.

Dr. Cook has been my doctor for quite some time now. He is attentive, explains thoroughly, listens to his patients, and helps his patients find the best treatment option available.

Doc. Cooks nurse said that "the doctors license was more important than treating me". Nurse continued "it is not doc cooks fault that i waited till i was in so much pain to come in" I never said it was and don't know why he would say that. Nurse continues with " you don't follow the rule"s"I was never given any verbal or written rules. not sure why he said the either. On another visit to inquire about kidneys, walked out with blood pressure meds. week later was in emergency room with hurting heart. heart beat was 37. admitted to hospital. was told next day that blood pressure med slowed my hear down that little oxygen got to heart. When i called eastern idaho consultants the next day about the e.r. visit and slow heart beat, i was told "thanks for the update". they didn't ask if i was alright or if i needed to come in. They just covered there liability a@#. Thanks for the update, sounds like they are concerned.
