Forgetful - Uncaring - Inattentive

I was in to see Dr Rapp initially when sick a few years ago. I had a difficult case for him to diagnosis, however, he made the appropriate refferrals, and even discussed the referring physicians diagnosis with me after. He is very patient, and caring. His office partner Dr. Potts is also very good.

Everytime that i need to be seen, which is often, i can can usually get in within the same day, the staff is great and if you can't see dr. raap, they have other docs that can see you at this same office. My other favorite is dr hasegawa, these people really listen to you. They treat you with respect and they are all full of superior knowledge, and if they need to refer you out, they do without hesitation just to make sure you get the best care possible care.I persnally recommend this office with my highest remarks!!!
