Dr. Brett Adam Osborn, DO

I am writing a review (low) without ever having visited Dr. Osborn in the same manner as Dr Osborn decided to 'review'/diagnosis President Biden without ever conducting any physical examination. Shame on you Suppose shame on me too but I am willing to own it as this is one way to communicate my disappointment in a medical practitioner.

Doc is great i was a patient for over a year, then his staff quit returning calls or emails. Its crazy you get patients, they like you. Then weird

Office staff has no idea what insurance they take and tell people that they take your insurance and never verify it with insurance company like every other office does. The doctor spent maybe five minutes with me, said he didn't know why I was there. I said because I can't move my back. He gave me one test, said take Vitamin E and walk more. I came to him because I can't walk or even stand for any length of time. Now I owe the entire bill because they don't take my insurance and nothing was accomplished.

Office was nice. Staff was nice. Services were way overpriced. What I paid $700 for 1 session, my sister got 6 sessions for $89 off groupon at a place not too far from Dr O's office & had much better results.

I called to make my appointment and asked the girl who answered the phone if she took my insurance. She said they did. I said, are you sure? yes she told me. I arrived to my appointment and Dr. Osborn spent maybe five minutes with me. Never touched my back or did any kind of exam to see why I was in so much pain. Nothing was accomplished and it was a waste of my time. Months later I am billed for the entire appointment because they are now telling me they don't take my insurance. I couldn't be more disappointed and still have no answers on what's wrong with my back and hips.

Great practice....

I was transferred to st. Mary's after a riding accident in which I received a brain bleed. Dr Osborne stated that I did not need surgery and though I don't recall that visit I did a follow up and after revifewing comparison cat scan it was determined that no additional follow up or PT was required. He suggested I look up the type of injury that was in my file and informed me that I would have mild reoccurrences and told me how to take control of them. I have learned the warning signs for triggers and have been able to control them. Everything seems to be as he stated and it's been over a year.

Very motivating to live a healthy and physically fit life. Roseanne his nurse is very good. I liked the office a lot.

THIS MAN IS A GODSEND. HE IS SO CARING AND PATIENT WITH HIS PATIENTS. HE LISTENS AND GIVES YOU THE BEST ADVICE. HE IS VERY LOVING AND CARING. I PRAY HE COMES BACK AND REAL SOON.I LOVE YOU DR BRETT
