Two weeks of trying to make an appointment and here we are. Took a week to get his secretary on the line after calling day after day. She promised she would call me back the next day to make an appointment. 10 days later and that was clearly a lie! Still trying to make an appointment and I can never get in contact with his staff. Terrible, terrible service!

I had gluteus medius repair surgery. He came in the room, told me I had a serious injury, and needed surgery. I felt he talked to me maybe five minutes. His secretary seems frazzled and overworked. Had the surgery, and don't feel that he's interested in me as a patient. I feel like he dismisses my questions and concerns. Maybe because I'm older, I really don't know. I feel very dissatisfied with my treatment as a patient. I didn't realize that I was supposed to have a six month followup at my three month followup. He walked out of the room, and I wasn't told to make one until I had a concern with my hip, and called the office. The secretary says to me well there's nothing he can do about that. I guess she's a doctor too. I talked to his nurse and she says, I'm due for a six month followup. That took maybe five minutes, and I didn't feel that my concerns were addressed. Maybe the best doctor in the state, but I really don't know what's going on, and feel stupid for even asking.

Dr. Busconi is an excellent hip surgeon. He did arthroscopic surgery on both my hips for Femoroacetabular Impingement and torn labrums. His skill as an arthroscopic surgeon is of the highest quality. He's a very friendly, easy, and funny guy to talk to, but also very professional. I always had 100% confidence in his decisions and diagnoses.

Dr Busconi surgically rebuilt my shoulder a couple years ago - re-attached 5 tendons and ground off some bone. My shoulder is like new!

Perhaps the best orthopedic doctor in the state. Supremely knowledgable. Outstanding bedside manner. Great communicator. Excellent surgeon.

Outstanding Orthopedic doctor that watches the little things that will haunt you for the rest of your life after a surgery. He is good natured, very intelligent, cares for you mentally and physically. What he brings to an exam are the intangibles that most doctors just cut you open for and see what was wrong instead of seeing and proving what is wrong first and letting you decide on your treatments. His follow up lasts as long as you are in need of help, whether it is mentally to assure you that you are okay or physically to rebuild your body to the state it should be in after he finishes your treatments. He is a good person as well as a great surgeon.
