THE APPOINTMENT LINE HORRIBLE AND ON HOLD SEVREAL MINUTE AND WHEN YOU DO HAVE A LIFE PERSON THE SATFF DOESNOT RETURN CALLS FOR APPOINTMENT AND HAVE THE APPREANCE ONT CARING! UNFORTUNATE SNCE THE DOCTORS ARE GREAT BUT STAFFS ARE NOT SERVICE ORIENTED.

Dr. Driscoll has treated both myself and my mother. He does a fabulous and thorough job, explaining everything as he goes along and involving the patient in decision making. Very happy with my care!

Dr Driscoll does an excellent job making one feel comfortable about the surgical procedure. The thryroidectomy went very smoothly with minimal scaring. I am very impressed with the work of Dr. Driscoll and highly recommend him.

Do not like this practice. They refused to recode a bill or refile our insurance claim -- it ended up we had to self pay almost $500 for relatively noting-- looking in the nose and being told you have a deviated septum. It was self pay, and they would not reduce any of the fee. It is very impersonal and I do not recommend going there.

Dr.Brian Driscoll is a very caring ,organized, and intelligent person. I would recommend him to anyone seeking an ENT (Ear, Nose, and Throat) doctor.

Dr. Driscoll left a minimal scar after my second thyroidectomy. Which is great because the scar is in the middle of my neck. Family and friends who know the scar is there can barely see it less than 1 year later.Dr. Driscoll answered all of the questions that my family and I had for him. He took his time and was patient. He even drew diagrams to help me understand the procedure.In addition to being friendly and knowledgeable, the office staff is professional and courteous!
