Dr. Brian Wade Elrod, MD

My care has been just fine with Dr. Elrod. But, I've actually felt so uncomfortable with Pat that I've wanted to just get up and leave. I've even felt so awful that I've left in tears because of how unpleasant she was to me. If you have bad nerves, are sensitive, or get easily upset.... pass on Nurse Pat.

Has been treating my wife and I for many years . If there is a more caring doctor in Montgomery , I want to meet he or she . He is simply the best there is . Joe Nichols

Dr. Elrod has been the family doctor for my wife and me for 30 years. He is kind, courteous, friendly but business like. He is always interested and concerned about whatever my reason for the appointment. It is a pleasure to see him. His assistant "Miss Pat" is quiet but friendly and very efficient.

Been using Dr. Elrod for at least 25 years. He is agood doctor with an excellant bedside manner. He always takes the time to discuss my situation. The wait time is a little long like most places. I've heard some people can't get along with Nurse Pat; however, she has always been nice to me! Just saying! 1

I love Dr. Elrod and all of his staff -- except Nurse Pat! I've been a patient for 16 years and my only hesitation about seeing Dr. Elrod is that I must first see Nurse Pat. She is harsh, seems unfeeling, and can't even muster the basic courtesies we should convey to one another. I usually take it as a challenge to try to get her to smile or say thank you. After my last visit, I decided to try no more. I really wish she would find a job that she could enjoy. Dr. Elrod is a wonderful physician. I just don't understand how he is at all compatible with Nurse Pat.

My experience was great, in every aspect.

Dr. Eldrod's nurse, Pat, is rude and unprofessional. I dread going to see Dr. Elrod because of the interaction I will be required to have with Pat. I have been going to Dr. Elrod for approximately 8 years; however, I am currently looking for a new physician.

Love Dr. Elrod. I really do not like his nurse Pat. She is very rude, impatient and just plain ugly at all time. His practice would be excellent without her.

Dr. Elrod is great, but his nurse, Pat, is horrible! She is so rude and very hard to talk to. She acts like she just does not care about people and has no bedside manners. Other than Pat, I love everything about Dr. Elrod's staff and his office.

I like Dr. Elrod. His nurse, Pat, is rude, grumpy, and seems to hate patients. I do not like to talk to her. She was the only person in the office who was rude and unpleasant to deal with or ask questions. If he got another nurse, visits to his office would be great. The doctor, front desk staff, lab staff, check out staff, x-ray staff, and all others who just walked by were very pleasant. Nurse Pat acted like she was having a terrible day. That should never be displayed to a patient. I wish Dr. Elrod did a better job of following up after the visit. I got a message from Nurse Pat that explained vey little.
